Pennsylvania EMS Course Guide
FireRescue1 Academy is an Accredited Continuing Education Sponsor by the Pennsylvania Department of Health/Bureau of EMS. FireRescue1 Academy has over 200 Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) courses approved for use by Pennsylvania certified EMS professionals to satisfy their Continuing Education Requirements. Requirements vary according to your certification level, so please check with your Regional EMS Council for more information. FireRescue1 Academy provides a certificate of completion once an accredited course is completed and EMS professionals in Pennsylvania are responsible for maintaining their own file of continuing education units and reporting them to the state accordingly.
