Texas Department of State Health Services approved for the Texas EMS Jurisprudence exam.

According to The Texas DSHS, The Texas Jurisprudence exam is required for all EMS Personnel each time they Renew their Texas EMS Certification. Texas EMS Personnel do not need to submit proof of CE as each course is completed; however they must attest that they have met the Recertification requirements during the Renewal process. Only if the individual is selected for a CE Audit, is when they would submit (or report) the proof that they have met the required amount of CE hours, and in the approved Content Areas, including the Jurisprudence course/exam.
