FireRescue1 Academy provides Level 1 courses that are eligible for use toward basic certifications for Fire Fighters in the state of Texas.
These courses are eligible for use and support the requirements set forth by TCFP and NFPA Standards; however, course credit eligibility is not guaranteed and should be consulted directly with your Chief, Administrator, or TCFP.

Given the variation in the approval and acceptance of continuing education credits state to state, it is advised that firefighters confirm recertification and training requirements, including accepted courses, with their state fire authority.
